• Lead onsite and field data collection projects, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with
• Manage full lifecycle of projects: planning, execution, monitoring, delivery.
• Translate program strategies into detailed project plans and operational activities.
• Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations and quality standards.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans; escalate strategic issues when needed.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact; run meetings, status updates, and reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent
• 3+ years of project management experience in field/onsite operations or data collection
• Experience managing complex, multi-site or distributed operational projects.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making; proficient with project budgets and timelines.
