📋 Description

• Own end-to-end program mgmt for global early career programs.
• Lead cross-functional projects across lines of business and global offices.
• Track initiative progress, measure ROI, and share updates with stakeholders.
• Design onboarding, training, and support materials for managers and partners.
• Drive continuous improvements to systems, tools, reporting, including leveraging AI.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and recruiters to support conversions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in program/project mgmt, recruiting, or both.
• Experience in early career/university recruiting.
• Strong cross-functional partnership across org levels.
• Data-driven; track and improve program and recruiting outcomes.
• Familiar with AI tools and applying them day-to-day.
• Excellent communication and storytelling with data.
