📋 Description

• Lead enterprise client onboarding end-to-end, including WhatsApp Business Account setup, phone
• Plan, coordinate, and manage WhatsApp campaign sendouts, including template classification
• Serve as the primary project contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, leading status
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and clients, balancing competing priorities, deadlines, and
• Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, milestones, status updates, and performance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally within SaaS, martech, B2B technology, or another
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects or enterprise clients while handling
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align internal teams and external clients
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or
• Comfortable working with project management and tracking tools and maintaining structured project
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define, monitor, analyze, and report on project KPIs and
