Project Manager, Enterprise Systems Integration

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end project plan across financial, data, integration, supply chain, and operational
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Finance and Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, and
• Build and maintain detailed project timelines, RAID logs, milestones, dependencies, and phase-gate
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and
• Coordinate technical work involving NetSuite configuration, Celigo integration flows, Orderful EDI
• Lead the migration of financial data and structures into the consolidated NetSuite environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience leading ERP or financial systems migrations, ideally
• Direct experience with EDI implementations or migrations, including platforms such as Orderful, SPS
• Experience with iPaaS and integration platforms, with Celigo experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating WMS integrations and/or 3PL transitions, including physical inventory
• Familiarity with Shopify in a direct-to-consumer or retail environment.
• Experience with inventory planning, demand planning, or replenishment tools such as StockIQ is a
