Project Manager, Financial Benefits

📋 Description

• Create and manage new and existing projects related to the 401(k) MEP Benefit and Benefits Billing
• Ensure the success of analytical aspects of major projects such as the annual audit
• Work with Financial Benefits teams to evaluate and implement solutions to manual procedures
• Collaborate with stakeholders from government agencies, employer groups, and individuals to gather
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of the 401(k) MEP and
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations governing 401(k) and MEPs, keep up to date with

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of work experience in operations or project management
• Prior Retirement experience required
• Prior experience managing projects required; PMP certification preferred
• Retirement Plan Fundamentals (RPF) certification or equivalency required
• Understanding and experience utilizing AI programs and automation applications strongly preferred
• Experience working with PEOs preferred
