Project Manager, Fire & Life Safety

📋 Description

• Interface and coordinate with Civil Defense or Local Authority, Contractors, and Clients to obtain
• Manage the installation and commissioning, testing, inspections & audit for Fire Detection and
• Understand and apply the project contract to the execution of the work, cognizant of business
• Preparation of Fire & Life Safety calculations and technically complex reports including Fire
• Execute work in a manner compliant with the project budget and schedule identifying errors and

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of project experience covering all aspects starting from the design phase till project
• Proven experience in managing teams along with proficiency in using engineering software and tools
• Proven site experience covering installation, commissioning and testing of Fire Protection
• Proven experience in reviewing designs related to systems such as sprinklers, standpipe, hydrant
• Proven experience in liaising with local Authority, Contractors, and Clients to obtain all required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to present clear and technically sound
