📋 Description

• Plan and direct engineering activities, managing the overall framework of projects on behalf of
• Prepare and present technical reports and presentations, managing all contractual discussions with
• Be a key player in technical decision making and business development activities.
• Arrange and chair regular scheduled internal coordination meetings across multiple scopes of work
• Maintain and control risk register, recording, monitoring and communication on the project's risks

🎯 Requirements

• 7-9 years of relevant experience managing complex projects related to Fire & Life Safety
• Postgraduate qualification in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or other related subjects
• Strong task management and project management skills and experienced in developing project
• Broad knowledge of building codes, fire codes, or accessibility regulations along with a deep
• Experience in developing, leading and managing project teams
• Excellent communication and training skills and ability to work collaboratively with consultants
