Own and manage the operational relationship with assigned clients, ensuring their applications
Provide critical visibility, service reviews, and reporting throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up.
Navigate internal resource conflicts to keep projects on track.
Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target and CSAT > 4.0.

🎯 Requirements

Typically 2-5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Proficiency in SQL basics, JIRA/Confluence, and fundamental Snowflake architecture.
SnowPro Core (required within 60 days of hire).
Fluent in French (regional requirements).
