📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end projects from brief to delivery across multiple complex initiatives.
• Lead on projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring BTG+ ways of working.
• Initiate, plan, and coordinate project execution with partners and stakeholders.
• Create and manage project briefs, schedules, risks, and status updates.
• Manage scope, deadlines, and budgets; ensure profitability and resource planning.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders; maintain client relationships and deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience on digital/creative projects across multiple time zones.
• Excellent English and client-facing communication.
• Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
• Risk management, issue resolution, and creating risk registers.
• Budgeting, costing, and ensuring project profitability; process improvement mindset.
