📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Native-AI-powered ERP automation products.
• Help customers reimagine processes and maximize automation.
• Own delivery, ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate with existing systems.
• Design tailored solutions aligned with workflows and business goals.
• Drive product adoption and translate feedback into improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Engineering, CS, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in consulting, technical implementation, automation, or PM.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, with ability to translate business needs to technical action.
• Fluent in German and English; comfortable presenting to clients.
• ERP or AI-driven SaaS experience is a plus; P2P/O2C knowledge helps.
