📋 Description

• Run creative and production projects from brief to delivery.
• Lead multiple mid-to-high complexity projects across teams.
• Follow BTG+ project management processes and ways of working.
• Coordinate with Delivery Lead, Studio/Resource, and clients.
• Ensure profitability and on-time delivery of projects.
• Leverage AI solutions to boost efficiency and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• German language fluency required; English proficiency high.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Experience across digital, film, CGI, motion design, or print projects.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
