Lead communications and change management across entity lifecycle events.
Lead entity-related M&A workstreams; manage EOR transitions and timelines.
Coordinate across People functions and leads; align workstreams and decisions.
Partner with stakeholders to anticipate lifecycle implications; surface dependencies.
Build scalable entity management infrastructure: SOPs, templates, playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of program/operations management; cross-functional end-to-end.
Experience in Total Rewards, M&A, People or Legal Ops, or global programs.
Turn ambiguous, multi-jurisdictional problems into scalable programs.
Excellent written communication; ability to produce exec updates and decision memos.
Strong stakeholder management across Legal, Tax, Finance, and People Systems.
Data-driven; Workday and equity platforms (Shareworks/Carta) a plus.
