📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate growth marketing operations projects.
• Partner with Growth, Data Science, Engineering, QA and others.
• Build intake, escalation, and launch-readiness processes.
• Create dashboards, documentation, and automation-ready workflows.
• Translate business needs into project plans and milestones.
• Manage budgets for owned programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years of project management or cross-functional experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with process mapping.
• Experience building workflows across teams, systems, and handoffs.
• Experience using PM/workflow tools to manage timelines and visibility.
• Ability to identify operational gaps and drive follow-through.
