📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery across the full project lifecycle.
• Clarify business needs with clients and translate to requirements.
• Maintain the product backlog and prioritise business value.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Hands-on Fixed Price delivery: manage end-to-end engagements.
• Support pre-sales, estimation, and solution shaping.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of project management in software development.
• End-to-end ownership of at least one Fixed Price engagement.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and adaptable delivery.
• Hands-on requirements gathering with client stakeholders.
• AS-IS/TO-BE modelling, BPMN, and user journeys.
• Delivery and financial management: budgeting, forecasting, invoicing.
• Proficiency with common PM tools and English at B2 level.
