Project Manager, Hardware Development

📋 Description

• Manage complex electro-mechanical product development projects
• Serve as technical and programmatic focal point for development
• Prepare and manage budgets and schedules
• Highlight issues early; lead actions to maintain schedule
• Coordinate testing with engineers and QA
• Oversee supplier and contract manufacturing; travel to Asia as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
• 2+ years in project management for product development
• Knowledge of software/firmware and some programming
• Familiar with electronics; read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and MS Excel; Minitab desirable
• Desirable knowledge of SPC methods (Cpk, T-Tests, X-Bar/R charts, DOE)
