Project Manager, HR Operations

📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR technology projects, including HRIS
• Coordinate projects across People Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors, ensuring
• Translate business needs into clear technical and operational requirements for HR systems and
• Build and maintain project plans, status updates, risk logs, action items, and stakeholder
• Partner with People Operations and HR Systems teams on system configuration, testing

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years working within HR or People
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, with UKG Pro, Workday, or similar systems strongly
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks, methodologies, planning, execution, and
