Project Manager, HR Operations (Remote, Brazil)

📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR technology projects (e.g., HRIS implementations
• Serve as the connective tissue between People Ops, Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors —
• Build and maintain project plans, status updates, risk logs, and stakeholder communications
• Partner with the People Operations and Systems team to manage configuration, testing, and rollout
• Drive process documentation and change management efforts to ensure sustainable adoption across the
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current HR operations and proactively propose solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in an HR or People Operations
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (UKG Pro, Workday, or similar strongly preferred)
• Strong command of project management frameworks and methodologies
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Excellent communication skills — you can translate technical complexity for non-technical audiences
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a plus
