📋 Description

• Manage small-scale capital improvement projects and support larger asset enhancement initiatives
• Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to define project objectives, establish timelines
• Coordinate project teams, resources, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time, within
• Manage projects typically ranging from $10K to $75K, while supporting larger renovation and asset
• Utilize project management best practices, including scope management, requirements gathering, risk
• Provide regular project updates and reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting renovation, construction
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with a track record of building strong relationships across departments and
• Proficiency with project tracking, budgeting, and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
