Project Manager I (Remote)

📋 Description

• Onboard clients and new populations using agile, change management, and best practices.
• Manage and adjust project schedules to keep the project on track and within scope.
• Identify risks and develop action or contingency plans with leadership input.
• Communicate status updates with clients, brokers, and internal teams.
• Leverage AI tools (Microsoft Copilot) to draft communications and summarize meetings.
• Maintain SOPs, plans, agendas, minutes, and other acquisition documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years PM experience; onboarding or acquisition experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Preferred: client onboarding or acquisition integration in benefits administration.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills; able to use data to spot risks.
• Strong written and verbal communication; clear status updates to clients, brokers, and leadership.
• Ability to work within tight delivery timeframes with shifting priorities.
