Project Manager (IAM)

📋 Description

• Lead IAM deployment, transition, transformation, and migration initiatives across IAM portfolio of
• Partner with IAM leadership to plan, estimate, prioritize, and sequence strategic initiatives
• Coordinate with various crews like IT Infrastructure, IT Solutions, IT Security, Product Owners
• Own end-to-end project execution across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Develop and maintain integrated project deployment documentation such as Project plan, scope
• Proactively manage risks, issues, conflicting priorities, and cross-team dependencies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or
• 10-15 years of experience in project coordination/management, Agile delivery, Scrum facilitation
• Demonstrated experience managing deployment, integration, transition, transformation, or migration
• Strong project planning, execution, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and understanding of Agile principles, backlog management
• Hands-on understanding of IT change/release-management processes, including CAB governance
