📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional resources and motivate on-time task completion
• Design and develop project work plans; ensure deliverables stay within scope
• Evaluate information from multiple sources; summarize status for senior management
• Monitor project health and respond to identified risks
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Apply an enterprise architecture mindset to solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years PM experience, preferably supporting Finance and Accounting
• Leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives
• Attention to detail; strong organization; prioritize deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, negotiating, reasoning, and problem solving
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, information systems, or related field
