📋 Description

• Lead and influence resources not direct reports; motivate on-time tasks.
• Design and develop project plans; keep deliverables in scope.
• Evaluate information from multiple sources; summarize status to execs.
• Monitor project health; address identified risks.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; align with EA mindset.
• Communicate with executives, peers, and technical teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years PM exp; preferably supporting Finance/Accounting.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvements.
• Detail-oriented; strong organizational skills; prioritize.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills: diplomacy, negotiating, problem solving.
• Analytical skills; interpret business needs.
• Visa sponsorship not available; authorized to work in US.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, information systems, or related field.
