Project Manager II

📋 Description

• Manage and provide visibility into key projects, including customer-facing and/or internal projects
• Coordinate people and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and produce desired results
• Work with stakeholders to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and provide status
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Conduct project intake and requirements sessions to define project scope and objectives
• Own changes to project scope, schedule, and costs with a communication plan

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience (Required)
• Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence (Preferred)
• Scrum and/or agile training (Preferred)
• Working knowledge of Aha!, Domo, Salesforce, Monday.com (PD&D Preferred)
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow SPM and/or other Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) tools
• Experience managing external vendor relationships (Preferred)
