Coordinate and manage client projects through all lab operations phases
Handle project set-up, login review, reporting, invoicing, bottle orders, client pickups
Develop client relationships to support lab mission

🎯 Requirements

BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences or six years related experience
Minimum 5 years client-relationship/customer service or PM experience
Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and leadership skills
Experience with LIMS and QA across multiple departments
Proficiency with Outlook, Office, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint
