• Monitor recurring issues to improve leasing processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Community Manager or higher with experience managing a team.
• Experience with property management systems (leasing, resident management, document management).
• Strong understanding of lease agreements and related docs.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret audit findings into actionable corrections.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
