Project Manager II - Construction

📋 Description

• Lead complex ecological construction restoration projects across planning, permitting, field
• Independently manage project delivery from conception through completion
• Develop project schedules, build and manage budgets, order materials and process payments
• Track key milestones of construction-related projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspect active sites, and conduct team check-ins
• Review technical documents and construction plans, prepare financial reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in applied sciences, environmental engineering, construction management, or
• At least 4 years of experience in engineering, construction, or environmental project work
• 3+ years of direct project management experience including ownership of scope, schedule, and budget
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical specifications
• Knowledge of environmental permitting and compliance
