📋 Description

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments.
• Serve as servant leader for cross-functional Agile teams.
• Plan and execute IT projects using PMP and RUP.
• Coach Agile and hybrid methods; drive process improvement.
• Manage risks, change control, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
• PMP or CSM required; advanced Scrum or PMI-ACP preferred.
• 5+ years IT PM experience; 3+ years in Scrum Master/Agile PM.
• Experience with Agile, PMP, and RUP methodologies.
• Experience managing large IT infra or software projects.
• Experience in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.
