📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage clients’ projects through all phases of laboratory operations.
• Project setup, review in LIMS, and documentation control.
• Manage communications, invoicing, bottle orders, and client pickups.
• Lead kickoff with client and staff; engage work share labs and service centers.
• Coordinate capacity forecasting and provide updates to operations.
• Deliver client-specific reports, data packages, and invoicing documentation by due dates.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences; or six years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years client relationship, customer service, or project management experience.
• Experience with LIMS, QA, environmental regulations, and lab procedures.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Office, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.
