Project Manager II - Solar Vegetation Management

📋 Description

• Lead ecological restoration projects from planning to delivery.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams and contractors.
• Drive technical projects with minimal supervision.
• Travel up to 25–50% for project kickoffs, fieldwork, and milestones.
• Work with internal scientists, engineers, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• Use RES BMPs (Opportunity Charters, Risk Registers, Project Plans) to track performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in applied sciences or related field.
• 6+ years in engineering, construction, or environmental projects.
• 3+ years direct PM experience with scope, schedule, and budget ownership.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Smartsheet.
• Experience managing subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
