📋 Description

• Strategic Project Leadership: Lead complex, enterprise-level projects across multiple departments
• Stakeholder and Executive Engagement: Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, senior
• Project Governance and Resource Management: Establish and maintain project governance frameworks
• Risk and Change Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Healthcare Technology Implementation: Oversee complex technology-enabled healthcare initiatives
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop executive-level dashboards, KPIs, and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, Management
• At least 8 years of progressively responsible project management experience, including leadership
• Demonstrated experience managing EMR/EHR implementations, migrations, integrations, or other
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks, including PMI, Agile
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. A master's degree in a relevant
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred, with direct experience leading Epic implementations
