📋 Description

• Manage full project lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and
• Plan and coordinate resources effectively to achieve project milestones.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings and establish clear communication channels with customers and
• Track and report on progress using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), escalating issues
• Identify risks and blockers early and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them before they
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation for internal visibility and customer reference.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in SaaS, consulting, or professional services
• Demonstrated success leading customer-facing projects with multiple internal and external
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to structure complex projects, manage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead kickoff meetings
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid
• Proven risk management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues early
