Project Manager, Interior Architecture & Design

📋 Description

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project phases from concept to construction.
• Prepare and maintain the project schedule and planner updates.
• Manage client communications and coordinate with operations leadership.
• Assemble consultant teams: scope, fees, selection, and contracts.
• Oversee contract documents and coordinate with the contracts team.
• Support marketing, business development, and client proposals as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• NCIDQ or ARIDO preferred.
• AutoCAD and Revit skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes.
