Project Manager, Interior Architecture & Design

📋 Description

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project phases from concept to construction.
• Prepare the project schedule.
• Discuss project health with the operations leader and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain and update the project planner weekly with studio leadership.
• Assemble the consultant team: define scope, fees, select consultants.
• Provide construction services including site visits and shop drawing review.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Diverse project experience including workplace, retail or other commercial.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• AutoCAD and Revit skills.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
