📋 Description

• Manage IT operations and Mortgage & Title systems roadmap (LendingPad, Qualia)
• Define goals, scope, timelines, and success criteria for projects
• Own cross-team communications across Technology, Operations, Finance
• Lead monthly software forecast and track spend vs forecast
• Maintain software subscriptions inventory, renewals, and owners
• Improve IT knowledge base with runbooks and self-service docs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years PM/Program mgmt in IT ops or biz systems
• Fluent English; able to work across time zones with US teams
• Strong PM fundamentals: planning, scoping, risk tracking
• Excellent documentation and attention to detail
• Clear communication with leadership, vendors, engineers
• Comfort with software forecasting, spend variances
