📋 Description

• Lead project teams with client leadership to hit budgets, schedules, and quality.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate work based on workload.
• Assign tasks based on capacity and expertise with Senior PM or Exec.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Monitor progress and provide guidance and templates to complete tasks.
• Manage budgets and forecast hours and expenses monthly.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's or PMP preferred.
• 3+ years healthcare project management experience.
• Lean or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with large healthcare projects preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (AIA, ACHE, ASHE, TJC, CMS, AAMI).
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, Visio, Illustrator.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
