📋 Description

8+ years software engineering; 3+ years leading dev teams with Agile
Cloud native experience (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS) and offshore collaboration
AWS and/or Azure dev/deploy with microservices on cloud
IaC to model architecture and config
Hands-on Java and Java-based microservices (mandatory)
Strong Agile/Scrum ceremonies; cross-functional leadership

🎯 Requirements

Experience building secure, scalable software systems (UI, API, data)
Frontend/UI experience (React/Angular/TypeScript/NodeJS) a plus
Experience leading remote/offshore cross-functional teams
Hands-on coding and technical contribution required
Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS or related field
