Project Manager Lead

📋 Description

• Manage client artwork files within artwork management and digital asset management systems
• Upload, track, and maintain artwork assets while troubleshooting issues within workflow and DAM
• Apply client-specific style guides and brand guidelines to ensure packaging artwork remains
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and production teams, clearly communicating
• Monitor project progress, coordinate artwork approvals and revisions, and ensure deliverables
• Organize and lead client meetings and presentations while providing regular project status updates

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or demonstrate equivalent professional experience.
• Bring 3–5+ years of experience in project management, artwork production, packaging production, or
• Have a strong understanding of artwork production processes, workflows, approvals, and quality
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work
• Be highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, customer service, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

• Annual salary range of $50,000–$60,000 USD, with final compensation determined by location
