Plan, coordinate, and oversee La Plaza operations across Load-In, Event Ops, Load-Out.
Act as primary operations contact between production, security, suppliers, and partners.
Coordinate infrastructure setup, operation, and dismantling, ensuring safety and quality.
Oversee F&B outlets, entertainment areas, seating, and guest services.
Lead the La Plaza operational team, including supervisors and temporary staff.
Manage incidents and decisions; escalate issues impacting delivery.
