Project Manager, Marketing Operations - Patient Services

📋 Description

• Facilitate cross-functional team review and approval of promotional materials
• Manage material review process (MRP) through Veeva
• Coordinate logistics for production, fulfillment, and shipment of materials
• Schedule and facilitate cross-functional team meetings
• Track project timelines and provide status updates to stakeholders
• Develop process metrics and train team members on MRP

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Project Management
• Understanding of MLR process and pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, or related field
• Working knowledge of Veeva PromoMats
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with print and digital formats
