Project Manager - MEP

📋 Description

• Handle preconstruction steps: submittals, coordination, site visits.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and job progress.
• Coordinate with field crews, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage job impacts, RFIs, and change orders.
• Attend PM meetings; review plans/specs; ensure code compliance.
• Track costs, change orders, and project docs.
• Coordinate close-out: punch-lists, demobilization, warranties, manuals, AS-Builds.

🎯 Requirements

• Project management exp (construction/plumbing preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Bonus: Commercial plumbing experience.
