Project Manager - Mexico

📋 Description

• Lead client engagements end-to-end using agile, scrum, or hybrid.
• Build detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Manage scope against the SOW; negotiate changes and prioritize.
• Drive project schedule and protect engagement economics; avoid overruns.
• Own internal logistics: budget tracking, forecasting, invoicing, resources.
• Maintain PM compliance and reporting: updates, weekly status, risk management.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, incl. 3 years client-facing.
• 2+ years in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Experience managing software/tech engagements with 5+ delivery teams.
• CSM or equivalent agile certification preferred.
• Budget management, forecasting, invoicing, and time tracking.
• Strong English communication; client relationships.
