Project Manager - Modular - Data Center

📋 Description

• Lead projects and project teams throughout the full project lifecycle, from qualification and
• Develop project execution plans, establish schedules, and coordinate resources and activities
• Work closely with product development and production teams to maintain alignment, address
• Identify potential project risks, operational challenges, and schedule or budget issues, then
• Oversee project financial performance, review and approve invoices, monitor budgets and cost
• Negotiate change orders and ensure project execution remains aligned with contractual requirements

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business
• At least five years of experience in electrical construction or related activities in a leadership
• At least five years of experience managing people and electrical construction projects within
• Strong knowledge of estimating, project cost accounting, scheduling, procurement, productivity
• Experience working with union workforces and understanding labor rate calculations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, motivate employees, develop talent, and influence stakeholders
