Project Manager, Molding

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resource requirements, risk
• Coordinate cross-functional activities involving Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Product
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, dependencies, and critical-path activities to ensure timely
• Identify, communicate, and escalate technical risks, schedule delays, resource constraints, and
• Assess suppliers' technical capabilities to design, build, maintain, and operate injection molds
• Identify suppliers' documentation and technical gaps and establish action plans to close them

🎯 Requirements

• Materials, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering Degree; Master Degree preferred
• Diploma in Project Management: CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification
• 6-10 years of experience in molding projects (NPI, Improvements, Transfers)
• B2+ / C1 English Level
• Proficiency in technical drawings, blueprints, and 2D/3D solid objects software tools (e.g.
• Knowledge of CPK (Process Capability Index) and statistical tools for quality control to meet
