Project Manager, New Product Introduction (NPI)

📋 Description

• Leads Projects related to New Product Introductions (NPI) and New Business Opportunities from
• Lead and manage the front end planning, due diligence and technical feasibility assessments of
• Lead all aspects of NPI projects from strategic decisions, stakeholder management, scheduling, team
• Lead and manage a team of 5-8 project managers
• Set and lead NPI Site program strategy including stage and gate meetings, timelines to meet program
• Works with Site Senior Management in the development and execution of the project development plan

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum B.S. in a related field such as science, engineering, business, etc. or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of total Pharmaceutical Industry experience
• 3+ years of technical transfer and new product launch experience within Pharmaceutical Manufacture
• Strong knowledge in drug development process and pharmaceutical manufacturing process
• Knowledge of Quality and Supply Chain Systems
• Proven experience leading teams as a Project and Technical Transfer manager
