Own project execution and delivery milestones for onsite/field data collection projects.
Translate program strategy into actionable day-to-day project plans.
Own the project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Identify staffing and logistics risks; escalate program-level issues.
Turn evolving client needs into concrete workflows on the ground.
Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and lead status communications.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or related field.
3+ years PM experience in onsite/field ops or data collection.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; data dashboards a plus.
Agile/Scrum and/or PMP certification a strong plus.
Strong operational leadership and client communication.
Able to navigate ambiguity and balance timelines and budgets.
