Project Manager, Operations

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end operational projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Ops, Product, Finance, CX, Marketing.
• Identify and drive operational process improvements.
• Support rollout and optimization of systems, tools, and training.
• Own product launch timelines from concept to launch.
• Lead launch reviews and risk tracking with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years in project management, ops, supply chain, or related role.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management across teams and leadership.
• Experience building project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks.
• Proficiency in Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, and Excel/Sheets.
• PMP certification or formal PM training is a plus.
