Project Manager (Operations Manager)

📋 Description

• Lead and optimize operational strategies to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
• Plan and oversee multiple projects, meeting milestones and deadlines.
• Guide teams, delegate tasks, and ensure accountability across projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong written and verbal communication for updates to senior leadership.
• Experience developing, tracking, and analyzing KPIs and operational reports.
• Solid understanding of operational planning, sales strategy, project execution, and business
• Proven ability to lead teams, delegate, and drive projects to completion.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
