🎯 Requirements

• Experience monitoring projects, preparing reports, and governance support.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management across technical/business environments.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in dynamic settings; knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and
• Familiarity with governance processes, compliance, or audit support is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow SPM/PPM or platform upgrades is desirable.
