Project Manager – Product Release and Enablement

📋 Description

• Maintain release timelines, dependencies, and resources across products.
• Manage releases in the information system; ensure data integrity.
• Produce regular status updates via dashboards and charts.
• Track progress across release projects; flag risks early.
• Handle documentation and stakeholder comms through the SDLC.
• Maintain dashboards on learner engagement, content feedback, and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PMO, project or release mgmt in software/tech.
• Proven ability to manage release schedules, dependencies, risks.
• SDLC knowledge; release mgmt in software/education projects.
• Proficiency with Jira, Aha; Power BI and Excel for dashboards.
• LMS/certification admin experience; user access and integrations.
• Zendesk or similar ticketing system experience.
