Project Manager (Product Team)

📋 Description

• Own the Customer App in the Tanzanian market - act as the main point of contact between the product
• Coordinate and manage the rollout of new features in Tanzania, including planning, communication
• Organise and run testing cycles for new releases - gather structured feedback from internal testers
• Conduct customer interviews to understand how customers use the app, what is working, and what
• Translate local market needs and customer insights into clear requirements for the product team
• Track key app metrics in Tanzania and flag issues or opportunities to the Product Owner

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project
• Experience managing mobile applications, product rollouts, user testing (UAT), and stakeholder
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience gathering customer feedback and translating business needs into product requirements.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an added advantage.
